The First Venue
The venue features an elegant three-tiered mantapa, ample in size to accommodate various types of festivities within its confines. Adjacent to the mantapa, the expansive lawn area can comfortably seat up to 600 guests, offering a blank canvas for you to tailor and personalize according to your preferences.
The Second Venue
The generous lawn area has a capacity to host up to 400 guests. It offers complete flexibility, allowing you to tailor the space to your desired theme and ambiance. Whether it's adding stages or props, you have the freedom to shape this area into your dream venue.
The Guest House
Built in the late 1990s, this residence showcases a classic Karnataka architectural design, complete with tiled roofs. The structure spans 2 levels: the ground floor boasts 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, 1 of which features an adjoining dressing room, along with a spacious hall and an additional bathroom. Ascending to the second floor reveals an air-conditioned studio bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing area, complemented by a sizable balcony attached for added leisure.
The Dining
With a seating arrangement for 150 guests, this hall offers an open design that ensures excellent ventilation and ample natural lighting throughout the day. Additionally, the presence of rolling blinds offers protection against unexpected rain showers.
The Kitchen
Spanning 2,000 square feet, this space offers caterers the convenience of on-site cooking, ensuring that guests are served with hot and freshly prepared meals.
Car Parking
Parking facilities are conveniently located both within the property, accommodating approximately 70 cars, and just a short distance away with an additional space for up to one 100 vehicles.
